I recollect reading a forum post about Mikko falling into ill health. ???

His site may have been hacked; I don't know why he'd just take it down.

your ID sounds familiar, may be it's from mikko's forum. would you mind sending me the pdf? or even better posting it somewhere everyone else waiting for this feature can read it... it would also be great if someone has the javascript mikko was using and see if someone can fix it
