The zips that you can find at hondchan.dy.fi/downloads are done hourly by zipping the files that are installed in hondchan.dy.fi/joomla

That bug makes perfectly sense. The reason why that line was omitted in the first place is that on my site, I run several other plugins that get loaded before conditions. Because of this, the global $_PLUGINS is initiated else where.

I will put that fix in the patch some time soon.
