In my case I just put in comment lines 1004-1011 (the entire $htmltext2 block).
My Template already contains all those needed JS...

Right now, I can't get the lightbox feature to work. I really like the plug in but it's obviously conflicting with something.

I shared it - but it's a fix the works with my template:

just comment out lines 1004-1011.

this will prevent CB Gallery Plugin to load the JS & use the template ones...
