I give you too two print screens in witch you can see that the term "abonnement" in the phrase "Your current abonnement upgrade possibility" of the front-end come from the parameter "Singular name for subscription/membership:" in back-end panel : CB Paid Subscriptions: General plugin settings / Display / Plan.
