Errors on Signup after Upgrade was created by wjgadmin
Hi,
Just renewed and updated to the latest version. When trying to register, get the following error: Column 'lastResetTime' cannot be null
I've run every CB tool and no problems found. There seems to be strange behavior. When getting this error, the user is still generated in the DB but the page just reloads. When trying again, then get this message: You are already signed up with this username and password.
Sign Up Complete!

At this point, you get a confirmation email saying: Email address is already confirmed
However, the email is not confirmed in the DB, only front end notification (false positive).

Can you please let me know how to get this resolved? Thank you for your support.

Did you migrate Joomla or is this a new Joomla install? Your issue sounds like the same as the below where the _users table didn't migrate properly.

www.joomlapolis.com/forum/cb-paid-subscriptions-support/247480-error-on-membership-sugn-up-column-lastresettime-cannot-be-null#341202

Please compare your _users table structure to the screenshot in my reply in that topic. You can use phpmyadmin or whatever database management software you like to do this.

Thank you Kyle for your support. Attached is an image of my phpmyadmin. I think it looks good but do see a GID column there? Can you please let me know what needs to be done if anything to resolve it? I'm not having any troubles otherwise, but of course this being the most important part (CBSubs) :)

Oops, I sincerely apologize, I forgot to actually answer your question. The site has been running on Joomla 5 (latest version), it wasn't migrated recently and has been using CBSubs the entire time. Just updated the CBSubs today and notice this occurring.

The site is running on latest version of J5 with php 8.2. I hope this helps and again, appreciate your support in getting this resolved. I had another question, but I will create a new topic for that as it's unrelated.

Your attached screenshot is of the data you need to review the structure of the table.
