Yeah you've same issue as that topic. Was this a Joomla 3 install at some point? I think lastResetTime became null default in Joomla 4. I don't recall, but you need to correct the structure as a migration failed at some point to update the structure. registerDate default should be None, lastvisitDate should be null, and lastResetTime should also be null.
