[SOLVED] CD Subs Problems????

We just changed servers for our site, for performance reasons.

And by doing that...surprisingly it started working! The transactions were going through, and the proper messages are displaying.

Now, the State pulldown issue/bug for the invoice address is still there. And doesn't look good for our clients to see that error at the top. Any idea when the fix will be available for this?

In the meantime, its not preventing the transactions to be processed, so how can I bypass it so the message doesn't show?

By state pulldown error I assume you're meaning the following?

1267 - An error has occurred.

Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '=' SQL=SELECT a.`id` AS `value`, a.`name` AS `text` FROM `igb_cbsubs_geo_zones` AS a LEFT JOIN `igb_cbsubs_geo_zones_entries` AS b ON b.`geo_zone_id` = a.`id` LEFT JOIN `igb_comprofiler_countries` AS c ON c.`country_iso_code2` = b.`country_iso_code2` GROUP BY value ORDER BY a.`ordering`

That's fixed by editing your database and making sure all your tables have the same collaction. Generally they should all be "utf8_general_ci".

All of them. They should all have the same collation otherwise anytime you join 2 tables with different collations you get that error.

I think to have read that Kyle wrote "all".

That means check all tables of your Joomla installation to have same collations. That will help your site function and performance.

A tool like phpMyAdmin or "Akeeba Admin Tools" (not sure if Free or Pro, but I think i saw that in that function in that tool, google search is a helpful friend, can maybe help you to do that. And your hoster too for sure.
