Edit each table that has the wrong collation then click the Operations tab and adjust the Collation parameter as needed.

Yes, they should all be the same collation. Typically they should be utf8_general_ci.

I set all my tables in my database to collation "utf8_general_ci"

But I still get this error.....

1267 - An error has occurred.

Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '=' SQL=SELECT a.`id` AS `value`, a.`name` AS `text` FROM `igb_cbsubs_geo_zones` AS a LEFT JOIN `igb_cbsubs_geo_zones_entries` AS b ON b.`geo_zone_id` = a.`id` LEFT JOIN `igb_comprofiler_countries` AS c ON c.`country_iso_code2` = b.`country_iso_code2` GROUP BY value ORDER BY a.`ordering`

Return to Control Panel

.....when I click either "Countries" or "States / Provinces" in the Sales Tax/VAT sections of CB Subs.

Any other solutions???

You still have a table set to utf8_unicode_ci instead of utf8_general_ci. It has to be one of the following.

_cbsubs_geo_zones
_cbsubs_geo_zones_entries
_comprofiler_countries
