Hello,

How do I turn on the workflow emails that are under each plan?

The workflow emails aren't specific to CBSubs. They're the emails under CB > Configuration > Registration. Those parameters just let you change when they send (before or after payment).

I thought they were specific to CBSubs since they have emails under each plan. See screenshot below:





I want these emails to go out but right now, it doesn't.

Those emails do not replace the CB workflows (pending/welcome). They're in addition to them.
