[SOLVED] Help! I accidently deleted a Basket item

Hello,

I accidentally deleted a basket item for a user when I was trying to "pay by other means". How do I get it back? I don't want to go into his profile in the backend and select a subscription and save because then there is no payment logged in "payments". I want the system to be able to record this offline payment.

Please help!

Go through the basket process on frontend on his behalf while logged in as a moderator. Since it's an offline payment select the offline button and confirm the payment then you can pay it in backend.

I tried that but there is no subscription listed for him at all anymore. I cannot create the basket item from his profile. There is nothing there.

Then the plan isn't accessible to the user or your self. Ensure the plan is configured to allow upgrades and that you can see it on their subscription tab.

It's a new user. They registered, got approved and usually they would then need to pay. When I accidentally deleted the basket item, it also removed the subscription out of their subscription tab.

That's because the plan likely isn't accessible as an upgrade. Existing users all subscriptions are basically considered upgrades. Ensure your plan allows upgrades then see if it displays in the tab fine.
