Did you modify or override the layout of the formatname field in CB > Field Management? It appears to be displaying, but without its link and some additional text is present. So my guess is the formatname field was modified.

Withdrawing all the setting of the formatname doesn't change it

Did you verify that first user has a name within CB > User Management? The other users seam to have names, but weren't linked.

As for the missing link it's due to your "Userlist Value Layout" override. That output is meant to be linked to the users profile. Your override has no link in it. Additionally if you need to globally customize the name output you can do so using "Name Format" parameter in CB > Configuration > General by setting it to "Custom" which will then let you supply a substitution supported custom name format.
