A new build release of CBSubs is now available. The PayPal rest implementation is just called "PayPal" with the legacy PayPal gateway being renamed to "PayPal (NVP/SOAP)" so it's clear it's using legacy API. "PayPal (NVP/SOAP)", "PayPal (Advanced)", and "PayPal (Pro)" all have a notice at the top that they're deprecated as well.
