Hello,

I put this new mandatory field in the profile of the users of my site. When they login, they get the folowing message:

Profile incomplete! Field: Name of the field

The message is in English, and I cannot find the frase string in
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language

Since the portuguese plugins did not work, I am using the english files translated to Portuguese.

Where can I find this string to solve this issue?

The string doesn't exist in default language files because it's not a default string. It's a string created specifically for CB Progress Field and you'll need to add it to the cbteamsplugin language files as follows.
'Profile incomplete! Fields: [fields]' => 'Profile incomplete! Fields: [fields]',
