Ok I changed _comprofile database table to InnoDB. but I still get the same result.
Do I have to change all 20 _comprofile tables to InnoDB.
Thanks

Please provide MYSQL version and PHP version. At this time changing to InnoDB is our only confirmed fix. The alternative is changing some varchar fields to text type, but that's not recommended as you lose query performance.

PHP version 5.3.28
MYSQL version 5.5.23 or higher

Versions look ok.

Do I have to change all 20 _comprofile tables to InnoDB.?

Yes, be sure to convert all _comprofiler and _cbsubs tables to InnoDB so there won't be engine incompatibilities during joins.

After converting all the tables and issue still present please PM super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
