GroupJive forum integration problem.

GroupJive forum integration problem. was created by cnielsen
I have installed a fresh copy of CB, Kunena, and ALL the groupjive extensions.
I published them all.
I go to Kunena categories, permissions, and access method does not contain Community Builder.

What could be the problem?

Kunena needs to be configured to integrate with Community Builder before GJ can control access. This is done by publishing the Kunena plugin for Community Builder (this comes with Kunena). Once done within CB > Plugin Management > CB GroupJive Forums > Parameters > General configure a top level category for "Category" which is where it'll create all of GJs forum categories. See the below video for further instruction.

I see no CB plugin on the kunena site or in their documentation

It's included with Kunena. Navigate to Components > Kunena Forum > Plugins and you should see "Kunena - Community Builder Integration".

Thanks, got that now.
I now go to the Kunena category and look at access control.
Community Builder is now there. But I don't see GroupJive. Shouldn't it be there?

There is no access control setting for GJ in Kunena. Why are you trying to set access manually? You simply provide a top level category within CB GroupJive Forums > Parameters then GJ will create its forum categories automatically when a GJ category or group is created. Do not manually set the access for GJ category or group forum categories. For existing GJ categories or groups re-save them and it should generate their forums.
