Mmm. . . The field immediately started with rather high numbers, not zero.
Is there a way to manually set the value to zero? If I try it won't take it.

Use an operator of Set and a Value of 0 if you want to set the integer field to zero.

No, that doesn't really change anything. It also counts up when I select "nothing".
And setting the value to zero in the backend in the profile is also not possible.

I've no idea what you mean by this. The auto action usage I provided below simply executes an auto action when FIELD_NAME value changes in profile edit. It does nothing more than that. If you need additional conditions for it you will have to configure those.

I don't understand what you mean by this either. The integer is just a field. You should be able to edit it within their profile perfectly fine to set it to 0. A field is not shared among your entire userbase. The fields values are set per-user. Sorry, I don't know what more to suggest.
