The content and photogallery worked...profilebook, hello world and twitter don't....:blink:

Profilebook 1.2 RC can be downloaded from "Downloads" -> "Docs for doc subscribers".

Please try that one.

cb profile book 1.2 RC1 installed! but profilebook 1.2 RC2 did not....

You have to delete RC1 to install RC2.

Hm....That's 1 in over a lot of downloads.... Looks to me like a corrupted or half-done install...

Please do a full overwrite of joomla/mambo, CB (expert upgrade is ok), and re-load the plugin.

Or maybe a permissions/ownerships error ?
