Free + Lifetime

I am trying to use CBSubs / Plan / Integration / Options with a free trial for a product. I have it set with 3 integration/options with the pricing / first payment = 0 / 7 days and regular pricing = 199 / lifetime.
A couple issues I'm seeing:

1. When I change the selector on the purchase/registration form, it does not update the price properly. When I first load the registration page, it shows "Free 1 week, then USD 199.00 per (note it would be ideal if it didn't say per since it's lifetime). Then when I choose another option, the price stays "Free 1 week, then USD 199.00 per". However on the invoice page, it does reflect the price of 299 but it doesn't say the 1st 7 days are free.

Am I setting something up wrong? Here's what I need to do: set a 1 week free trial > then charge the option price (EX: 199/299/399), depending on the user's choice. I did also set "Applies To" = Regular Price Only

Can you please let me know how I can achieve the above setup? Thank you!!!

What exactly are you configuring?

There's 3 different ways CBSubs Options can modify prices. It can override the base price under the Price tab, the price selection under the Prices tab, and price modifiers under the Options tab. For different prices like you're wanting all you should need to do is add more prices under the Integrations > Options > Prices tab. See the "Professional" plan on our demo site for an example. The selected price will be reflected in the basket and in the stored invoice as well.

If you're configuring Options then keep in mind those are designed to be Price Modifiers. So configure your base price like normal under your Price tab of your plan. Then add pricing modifiers as needed (e.g. +10, +25%, etc..) and specify what they should apply to (e.g. first only, regular only, etc..).

If the price display isn't refreshing on selection then something is probably breaking the ajax endpoint. Ensure CBSubs itself and CBSubs Options are both public and published access. If issue persists press F12 to open your browsers developer tools then review the Console and Network tab for any errors after changing the price selection to see if the endpoint isn't reachable. Sometimes a menu item can cause this depending on what Itemid the endpoint ends up having to use.

Attached are the settings I have now. I've used this approach pretty much since options became available, but I've previously not had the free 7 days so it's always worked. I would like to add the 7 day trial, so I must be doing something wrong. I did try using the Prices, but that doesn't show the label so it was a bit confusing, just shows the price but not what they're choosing from such as "1 License". 

Instead of the multiplier or adding to the price, I've always set the option prices. I can try adding to the base plan, but not sure if that would fix my problem.

Do you see anything wrong with these settings or what I'm trying to accomplish? I am going to look into the console now, just figured I may be doing something wrong

You'd need to set "Applies To" to "Regular Only" for it to not apply to the first period price. Your screenshot has it applying to both prices. I also recommend marking that option as Required since it appears a license selection is always required with Default set to 1. Aside from that it looks ok to me. If still not working I'll retest it Monday as it's possible it's not behaving as expected as that feature is relatively a new addition to it.

I checked the console and don't see anything other than the cb link. I should also note, when I remove the free 1 week, everything works as always, selector updates price etc.. it's just the week throwing things off (different 1st vs lifetime).
