[SOLVED] MyCommunity Template on iPad requires double tap

8 years 10 months ago - 8 years 8 months ago #267312 by ksaltman
I am using the MyCommunity template and have an issue on an iPad. Seems that to select menu items or tabs in Kunena I have to tap them twice. First time selects it, the second activates the item.

Any idea how to correct this?

I am having the same issue. Just to confirm, it is exactly as Ksaltman said. Two taps for everything, first makes the link (menu item, message etc.) the focus, the second click actually performs the action. It's pretty annoying.

thanks,

Does this happen only on iPad? Shrink your browser down to a mobile width and it should trigger the mobile display. Does it require a double click there? It's just CSS handling the links so I can't see how or why that'd require a double click.

Same behavior on iPhone or iPad, but on Mac w/ Safari shrunk until mobile menu style is seen it does not require a double click, one click will work.

Just ipad and android for me. Shrinking my regular Chrome browser (on a PC) does not require a double click.

Please try the below demosite MyCommunity template.

Nick was not able to confirm your issue on iPhone. If you're able to confirm your issue on the above demosite please confirm your exact steps taken.
