Well their Stripe recurring payment certainly worked and based off the order of events they manually renewed then the auto recurring payment came through and renewed again. I'm frankly unsure how unless their plan expired before the auto recurring payment could happen. It looks like you have a 31 day grace period so that shouldn't happen unless that was added after I mentioned it earlier. The history log basically proves this as well.We had a similar situation recently where someone renewed with Stripe, the auth didn't get done immediately and they manually renewed, then the auth code came through and they actioned that payment (thinking it was related to their manual payment) resulting in two payments.

Normally yes. I'm not sure how they manually renewed, but they did somehow. I think you'd need more information from the customer to see what they did. Maybe it indicated to them it was expired, which would be strange as there's no indication in the logs the subscription expired.Shouldn't the system stop the auto renewal if it's been manually renewed?
