For auto recurring payments the only real setting here that matters is the grace period since payments will just come through automatically. The grace period will prevent the subscription from expiring while the payment is processing. Normally a grace period is something like 7 days as that's how long it can take for a bank transfer to process sometimes. You shouldn't need to set that to 31 days. The below is what I'd recommend.
Renewable in advance by: 1 week (7 days)
Grace period before real expiration: 1 week (7 days)
Can be reactivated if expired or cancelled since more than: Can be reactivated anytime
Can be reactivated if expired or cancelled since less than: Can be reactivated anytime
This should account for auto recurring payments arriving slightly early or slightly late. You don't need to be concerned with manual renewals since your plan doesn't allow non-recurring payments.
