I have been receiving messages about license error repeatdly in the past and I have been trying to convience my client that this has happened maybe because of the server issue at the time when the plugin has been trying to validate it.
But has been getting very serious now. We received 5 messages today with 3 seconds gap as follows:
On site ASLIA (
www.aslia.com.au) there is a paid subscriptions license message:
License server could not be reached. Please check that you have Internet connection (connectivity, firewall settings) or try again in half hour. Error:
Please log into administrator area and check the plugin settings.
NOTE: This email was automatically generated from ASLIA (
www.aslia.com.au).
I have checked the backend and there was no issue with the license and everything is green.
Can you please let me know if I am missing something here?
