The fix is in CBSubs 3.0.0, please upgrade.

Sent to the email address attached to your account. If anyone else needs this fix then please upgrade; I will not be sending individual gateways out any further.

Please note if you have issues with the fixed gateway there is nothing I can do aside from advising you to upgrade as we can not spend time and resources fixing out of date releases.

The fix did not work so I have to use offline configuration. Force your members to upgrade because you choose not to support there previous version is not cool. Up until now I was ok with your support even tho a lot of my question never get answered so I end up resolving the issue my self. Now I have a major known issue with a fix and you basically tell me to upgrade by paying $200 or fuck off.
