The fix did not work so I have to use offline configuration. Force your members to upgrade because you choose not to support there previous version is not cool. Up until now I was ok with your support even tho a lot of my question never get answered so I end up resolving the issue my self. Now I have a major known issue with a fix and you basically tell me to upgrade by paying $200 or fuck off.

That's certainly not our intention at all. The statement was made because I can not repeatedly fix a gateway specifically for you simply because you do not want to upgrade for the new releases. That's not fair to us or our other paying users who have also made the upgrade for new releases.

We want everyone to be happy with the upgrade path to GPL as we feel it's going to be a great benefit to everyone (no more ioncube, no more encoding, full source included, can provide quickfixes, and more!) and if anyone isn't happy with the upgrade proposal then please use the "Contact Us" form from the "Contact" link found at the bottom of every page and we'll work with you to provide a fair upgrade offer.

I also don't understand the complaint about my level of support. I've reviewed your posts and I've helped you in all of your support posts. Only 1 post you resolved your self within minutes of making the post so I had no time to reply, but I did ask how you resolved it to better provide support on the issue for future users. Your other posts are not in the support forums and are not going to get a support reply as I do not monitor the community forums. I'm sorry you don't feel this is acceptable, but if you explain further I'll certainly do my best to improve your support experience.

I got it working.

The fixed gateway that I provided you? Mind sharing how for future reference as perhaps there is a bug present.

I just don't like the idea of no support on old releases and force to upgrade to get support. Not everyone is in the position to upgrade on a wind. Money and time is a factor.
Before I upgrade a live site I have to upgrade my development site then implement all my custom changes, then test to make sure it did not break anything. And if something does break I now have to make time to resolve the issue. This procedure takes time. And seeing from some post on the forum the upgrade is not problem-free. I have to go thru all this to fix an problem which should of work in the old version. If it was free then maybe it justified we are on our own if a problem surfaces but CBSubs in not free.

My fix was updating the form return url with one that point to my profile page.
