Invited Users not appear in "Manage Pending Users"

Hi there

I am sure that I am being an idiot but I just cannot figure out how to invite users to a private group.

I go through all the motions, find the users, but cannot find a button that actually allows me to invite them - the button below the results (from my screen) even when ticked, simply sends me back to the group profile and sends no invites... There are also no pending users.

This is driving me crazy - can anybody help me out of my misery? I am using the coolness template by the way.

Actually, I have now figured out that invitations are actually sent once the Invite People (+) button is clicked at the bottom, but that I did not see the message that comes up on screen to say this, BUT more importantly, do these new invitees appear in the "Manage Pending Users" screen - when I click on that it simply says "All pending users have been activated".

How weird.

So the issue as I see it is that they do not appear in the Pending Users list...

Any ideas or is this me being stupid again?

Don't believe invited users show as pending or anything of the sort. Once invited they must accept the invite to join the group.
