I've done all that is described above and have it working (the right template is called up) but the DATA is missing!

I just get blank info coming back at me.

If I turn off the hack in the index.php then
the registration and lost password etc DOES work!

albeit, in my home page template which I am trying to
alter to no avail!!

you'd think assigning a template for the registration / lost password area would be easy - but IS IT FRUSTRATING!!!
