Adding major US and Canadian cities

Adding major US and Canadian cities was created by bulcanan
Hi everyone, I hope this post gets some attention. I have the country list added. However, I would like to add major US and Cities drop down at registation, all even the ability for one to add their own cities ( I know a simple form could do this so my priority is the city list)
I'd follow the following format: One selects a US state = mojor cities in that state= dropdown. The same applies for Canadian Provinces.
How could I archive that goal? I wouldn't mind some Ajax! thanks to all.

CB does not have conditional fields, sorry. This is something planned for CB 2.0. I believe a 3rd party plugin has already been developed to add this however, please search. Thread moved to more appropriate boards.
