Hi there,
I am looking for a plugin which can be integrated into community for this purpose:
On user profiles to display a referral link. That link can be shared and in the user profiles will be a counter for how many users created an account to the website using that referral link.
Do you know what i mean? there exists something like that?

Am not aware of any referral plugin. You could check our directory
here
or check on Joomla.org extension directory for best results.
