Have reviewed your installation and there does not appear to be an issue present. The extra fields are displaying because you have those fields configured as follows.
Still Available for Profile Owner himself: Yes
This means no matter what plans you select to be required if you are viewing your OWN profile it will display that field.
Look at someone elses profile and it is displaying perfectly fine. Changing the above parameter would resolve this meaning the profile owner would need that subscription to also see the field.

Well there were bugs in previous releases that caused some features to not properly function, which is likely why it didn't work before and thus appeared to work fine for you.
