Hi,
in an old post, a CB developer wrote that they were working with K2 development team in order to integrate K2 in CBSubs in order to let K2 contents be protected by CBSubs.
Do you know which is the status of this feature and if and when it will be released?

Don't recall such a post, I was working with them to integrate K2 into CB with no relation to CBSubs (such integration is done, see K2 integration options and see CB Articles).
Best I can suggest is use By URL Part protection included with CBSubs Content and on the Extensions tab of the Integrations tab of your plans.
