How do put a user menu on my site which looks the same as the one to the left on community builder site with the same options;

This is no menu, it's just the CB login module, that you can configure in the backend.

Under 'Profile link text' and 'Profile edit link text' you can insert the text. If you leave it empty, nothing will be shown. If you installed a private messages plugin, you can activate it also in the login module to show a message if there are new messages or every time (like here).

Now just why is everthing in CB centered I want it alligned to the left...

You have to edit mod_cblogin.php

Well, use the trial & error - method

Search all phrases like 'center' and change them step by step to 'left' and look what happens.
