Respected sir, I have implemented Groupjivi with CB, i want that owner of group should be able to add/upload video, which can be played by the members of group who belongs to it.

Not available and won't be available in GJ 1.8. You'll need to develop this your self. GJ 2.0 will have Video support on release.
