in my back end composant/CB/users/

i editing the profil and when i want save this, i can't.

the bottom save do not work

Please review your server error log during the time of the error. 500 errors are impossible to debug without error logs. If unsure how to obtain your error logs please contact your host for them. Please also see help us help you within my signature for proper debug procedures.
