When a user registers they fill out this information:
Name
Age
Location
Hobbies
I want to filter them by this information. (or whatever)
I want users 18 to 20
who live in Seattle WA
Who have hobby, X, X, X
Then send this group an email. Is there something out there like this? I love looked but couldnt find anything.

This is possible using the Mass Mail feature. Please upgrade to CB 1.3. Once done navigate to User Management and filter/search as necessary. Once done click Mass Mail and it will allow sending an email to the results of your filtered/searched users.
