more than one intsance was created by harris79
Is it possible to have more than instance of the CB component running at the same time? what I mean is can I have more than one menu item running where one will shown the profile gallery open and another will show like the profile book open when i choose the respected menu item.

You're wanting to display a Tab outside of user profile? Don't fully understand your request. Tabs are not conditional to a menu link nor can you run multiple instances of Community Builder.
You can display tabs outside of a user profile by using the documentation subscriber incubator project CB Content Bot which allows substitutions in Joomla content articles. You could use a tab substitution to display a tab and create a menu link to that article.
If you're simply meaning having a specific Tab selected when viewing a profile from various URLs then this can be done using &tab=TABNAME_OR_TABID parameter (e.g. index.php?option=com_comprofiler&tab=Gallery).
