Upgrade to 1.3 was created by nyascooks
I have a older version running on my system. If i upgrade what effect or changes will be done to my online website? What recommendations do you give to make sure that there is no unfixable changes to the website, as to I am no webmaster or developer. I am new at all of this.
I am running 1.2, trying to install the twitter plugin, but it is requiring 1.2.2

What Joomla version?
The upgrade txt file in the CB 1.3.1 package (this is the latest and not CB 1.3 as in your subject) should have detailed steps needed.
You should always backup first in case you need to roll-back.
P.S. With our professional services installation package we could do the upgrade for you. If it is a clean installation (no changes) then the CB install package would cover it otherwise an extra hour might be needed.
