Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cbpblatest_replacer in <span>/</span>home<span>/</span>MY-WEB/public_html/modules/mod_cbpblatest/mod_cbpblatest.php on line 158

Was able to confirm your issue and have created the below ticket.

forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/3212

Patch included to resolve the issue. Patch adds a class exists check around the class to prevent it from re-declaring unnecessarily.

How do I apply the patch please?

You don't unless you're familiar with PHP and patches. Doing so without the knowledge can result in breaking your install all together. All my patches are generated from Joomla root and thus must be applied to Joomla root. Tools like WinMerge or the IDE I used to generate them (NetBeans) can also be used to apply patches. As the module is subscriber content I can't post a pre-patched file, sorry.
