[#3399] Privacy settings not substituted correctly was created by adop
I have the following line in cbteamplugins_language.phpand this line in default_language.phpIn Manage Connections everything works fine while in Profile Edit the privacy levels are not translated/substituted correctly. The stringturns intoie %s is not substituted.
Please help.

You may want to consider also the following point in the review:
I have the following record in #__comprofiler_privacy:
user: 43
type: tab
xid: 54
rule: 99
This should make tab_id 54 for user_id 43 invisible to everybody but the owner. I checked it with a previous release and it worked fine. In the latest release tab 54 is actually visible.
