Article Submission in Joomla drives me nuts was created by martineurope
Hi, I have been a Joomla User for years. But the topic "Article Submission" is driving me nuts still. I wonder: Am I too stupid for getting it or is this a huge weak spot of Joomla?

Obviousy you have two configuration scenarios:

1) Users can submit articles but then, they cannot edit it (period between submission and publishing by an admin or publisher). Just because they can't see them. BAD BAD BAD

2) You allow users to submit articles as Publishers already. But this is a "content security" issue because everyone can publish everything. BAD BAD BAD

So... Is it me who didn't get it? It's had to believe that Joomla has not worked on this issue.

Martin.

Maybe you should also post this on Joomla forums?

I have found this extension very handy:
