When I'm setting up a stripe webhook it ask me to choose which events, there are many to choose, which ones should I select that will work with CB.

You can enable all webhooks for future-features compatibility.

Those that are handled today are all these:
- charge
- checkout.session
- dispute
- invoice
- payment intent
- source
- subscription
