When I create a new contact under Components->CB Contacts->Manage Contacts->New and then Select the paramaters tab, none of the images under that tab are showing up.

This looks similar to what was happening when I tried installing captcha 1.01 earlier today. Upgrading to the latest captcha fixed the problem.

So what might be causing these images to not show up and how can I fix it?
