Um, many extensions and software licenses prohibit distribution, regardless of their time away. Please check this before distributing.

Obviously they could be free as in "free beer". However, last time i have fetched them from his website, when it was still up, the license was either GPL (as far as i remember) or absent.
Nevertheless, the header of conditions.php reads:

Nothing else is stated.
conditions.xml does not state any specific license either.
If Mikko was reachable, i would certainly sort this out with him.
