you have to translate it starting from the english.php language file:

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbprofilegallery/language/english.php

translating it and saving as:

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbprofilegallery/language/spanish.php

If your system language is set to Spanish, the language file should be included and used

Now, I have the same problem with the mamblog tab, but i can't find the english.php to translate... can you help me again?? Thanks.
