I have installed the chinese language CB plugin.
But after installation and publish, how am i supposed to utilize it ? is it gonna translate all the CB fields to chinese?

It changes with your Joomla language plugin accordingly. If you set your Joomla language to Chinese, the CB language will follow.

I have set my default joomla language to be chinese.
In extensions -> Language manager -> Chinese

but when i visited the page, and click into User Profile it is still displaying in English.
Anything else i am missing? do i need to set anything in the CB configuration ?

I tried several ways to enable chinese fields for CB, including Joomfish + CB content elements, but in Joomfish when i clicked the content element files, it simply display blank page.
