force update change in in profile was created by ramonskie
is it posible to force the users to update there profile
because i have set a new requirment
in the profile and now they need to fill that in

Once they visit their settings again they'll be required to fill it out.
As far as forcing users to redirect. You could change the redirect on login to profile settings for a temp amount of time. Create a plugin to inform users to update their profile if the field is empty or a plugin to redirect users to their settings if the field is empty.
