member filtering

Hi- Is it possible to filter some users from the list but still allow them unblocked status?

I have a music site using CB for artist pages, and I want to be able to register "members" that do not have CB pages. They can view pages, just not create pages

Also, as administrator, I would like not to be listed in our "roster"

efolkmusic.net/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userslist&Itemid=56

Thanks!

Edit your list and change "User Groups to Include in List:" to your liking.

Have a field that allows users to select either member or artist. Add a filter to your list to "equal to" artist.

Thanks, that works.

The only problem is the profile page that shows up the first time a member logs in.

Is there a way to NOT land the "member" on the profile page the first time they log in? just leave them on the page they are on?

By manipulating the user menu depending on whether the user is a "member" (with "registered" status) or an "artist" (author status) I can keep members from seeing a link to the profile page -which has options I only want to show "artists"- but I'd rather they not land there the first time in.

Thanks

Hi,
Is there a way to let the member or user filter the members that will be shown on screen. With for example a list of value for those fields where the list of value is available?

Thanks and congrtulation for your nice work.

Silly question. I found the answer with the search.
