URL for first login visit

URL for first login visit was created by theamericanben
I have added a url for first login visit (and pretty sure it is fine because it works in URL for every login) for a plan, but I am just redirected to the front page.
I have blanked the value in CB.
I have put some debug statements into comprofiler.php and $return is not being set by the call:
$_PLUGINS->trigger( 'onDoLoginNow', array( $username, $passwd2, $rememberMe, &$row, &$loggedIn, &$resultError, &$messagesToUser, &$alertmessages, &$return ) );
for the first login. But it is being set for subsequent logins.
Is this a problem? If so, any work-arounds?

Was not able to duplicate. Joomla version, CB version? Any ACL controlling components such as AEC or JACL?
