Hi,

I hope to find you all well.

There's a discrepancy on the display button I selected for paypal with the one that shows on the site. I'm attaching an image.

I need the button to display credit card images.

There are 2 button types available.
Single payments at a time
Recurring subscribed payments multiple times

The one you have displayed is:
Single payments at a time

The one you have changed is:
Recurring subscribed payments multiple times

Re-edit your gateway and change the button for:
Single payments at a time
