getting mulitple images was created by ladyrider
Hi,

I am using Joomla 1.0.11 and the current version of Community Builder. The problem I am havin is when a member uploads a profile picture it shows 2 pictures on page:

billyc.creatingimages.biz/component/option,com_comprofiler/Itemid,28/

If that link don't make sense. Just click on the "Your Fan Page" on the right hand menu under "user menu", once logged in.

I set up a test account:
user name: test
password: test123

Help? I can't figure out where I turn this off or fix it.

Thanks,
ladyrider

When you get frustrated and want to bang your head against the wall, remember this one quote:

Took a quick look at your site.

First of all you should diable the Your Account Settings menu item in the user menu. This points to the Joomla registration code and should be avoided.

Regarding the double image ... you probably had a problem during installation and might have 2 Portrait Tabs in the CB Tab management backend - please verify and try to unpublish one and see if it helps.

If it does then go back and delete it.

Thanks for the reply.

I deleted the your account settings in the menu bar. I Looked in the tab and plug in and only see one install. Any other suggestions. Maybe something I can delete and upload again?

Thanks,
ladyrider

Ok, I decided to uninstall the component com_profiler and then I re installed it and it workks fine now. Must not have gotten all the pages uploaded right the first time. Thanks for the help though.

It looks good now - did you do something?

BTW - I am (long time ago) a country fan - nice music!
