All core fields are required to be present (e.g. username, password, email, name and params at least) in backend by CB.

This is a CB configuration mistake, not a CBSubs one.

Please read my previous reply, and please confirm that re-publishing the removed core fields solves your issue :)

EDIT: Adding: you would probably save substantial time by subscribing to the CB documentation and reading it, as all those details, and a lot of other tips are given in there.

I had changed the type of params at back end , just due to that save button stopped working

One more help plz, One session is stored in cb login. If I want to check if session is there or not can you plz suggest something how can I get this done. My requirement is to put chk on session while logging in. Thanks in advance

Glad it solved the issue for you. As it was a CB issue, we're moving this thread into the relevant CB area.

User sessions and remember-me states are handled by Joomla, not by CB. ;)

Please check Joomla documentation of the relevant Joomla version at docs.joomla.org/ for that. :)
